Sometimes it’s the little things that inspire me and really make me think.

Like seeing this little Eastern Box Turtle climbing our fence just a bit ago. He was trying SO hard in spite of his limitations and obstacles. I really admire his effort.

Whether it be your in your business, your relationships, or in yourself…. Do you see limitations and obstacles? Or do you see effort?

By the way, I rewarded this little guy’s effort by placing him in the thicker greener grass on the other side. He earned it. Maybe there is somebody’s effort you need to recognize too…
